This past year, we finally reached full capacity and gained real speed. We’re locked, loaded, and ready to compete. Let’s go and rewind 2025. We’ll share the best moments of the passing year and show the roadmap for the next. The year started on a fresh note with our team attending ICE Barcelona, a cool start.
In January, we also got our most famous teammate, Lilly. She is MEGAFAIR’s official mascot and brand ambassador, bringing you all the announcements and community broadcasts. Lilly is the chief promoter of the Megaverse, the first astronaut on its unknown planets, and the builder of our unique brand identity. You can find her most frequently on LinkedIn, so check now to ensure you follow our page and don't miss any of her adventures!
By the summer time, we were operating at full speed, racing ahead in the skill iGaming. We didn't just bring partners a new type of game, together, we established advanced strategies for player acquisition and promotion, utilizing every advantage of this format. We proved that skill titles are effective as a top-of-funnel acquisition tool and a highly efficient engine for growth. They not only achieve higher engagement with lower acquisition costs, but are also a powerful incentive for driving players toward higher-margin titles.
Our company’s portfolio includes four skill games, among them the globally popular Solitaire and Bingo titles. We are not stopping there, and will continue to expand our lineup of skill games to provide more variety.
Summer was hot and sweaty, working hard we launched our first slot, Crazy Zeus Run, a bright star in our portfolio. This isn't just our debut slot, it’s a unique hybrid board game experience. We introduced it at iGB Live in London, and the excitement was immediate. Zeus quickly achieved massive popularity across several regions, which is no surprise since it's much more than just another ancient Greek-themed slot. The game merges traditional RNG slot mechanics with engaging board game elements. It’s a fresh and highly entertaining player experience.
Crazy Zeus Run impressed not only partners, it also caught the attention of industry experts. The game was shortlisted in two categories at the European iGaming Awards: Most Innovative Slot Game and Best Game Design of the Year. This is a major triumph - no wonder he's tearing up the charts wearing that laurel wreath in a wild rush!
After the release of Zeus, we launched three more RNG games. These titles combine compelling storytelling with an intense drive, and each has spicy features to attract players.
Does introducing more games of luck signal that we've moved away from skill? Definitely not. Our goal is to create a well-balanced two-track portfolio fully charged with both skill and RNG titles. This strategy is designed to satisfy all operator needs and allows us to implement a structured acquisition strategy using a smart-funnel game approach that maximizes LTV.
Autumn was a true harvest time. MEGAFAIR had an official market debut with our first-ever booth at SBC Lisbon. We had clearly established ourselves, achieving significant market visibility. Our portfolio expanded with new games and new partnerships. It was the birth of the Megaverse.
The progress wasn't just driven by game releases. The key leaders of the company were highly involved this year, actively sharing their expertise. Our CEO and Co-founder, Yan Shif, spoke on the inaugural webinar of the Crystal Ball series by iGB. Our CCO, Alena Tsuranova, presented twice at SiGMA World Central Europe, delivering crucial insights on aggregation strategies and player retention.
Our activity extended beyond the events and remains strong online, on social media. We strengthened the digital presence and even launched our own YouTube channel.
Our LinkedIn community surpassed 3,000 followers just for this year, starting from several hundred only. One of the secrets of this organic growth is that our hiring announcements are genuine calls for partnership, not just job descriptions. We seek individuals who are as passionate and dedicated as the core MEGAFAIR team. Our crew is the heart of the company. We are proud of our multicultural and tight-knit nature, despite being fully remote. MEGAFAIR expanded significantly this year, particularly in strengthening technical expertise, and we intend to continue. New mechanics, stunning graphics, and atmospheric, enchanting sounds - the elements that enrich our games, and each managed by dedicated specialists. We are professionally growing together as a unified team.
Cats are important in the lives of many team members. Some even regularly attend all our work meetings and might be demanding full employee compensation soon. They actually inspired our latest releases: a set of two incredibly fast and engaging crash games starring a superhero black cat Moonie as the main character.
The crucial element of our success remains our partners, for whom we consistently create tailored products and guarantee continuous support. Over the past year, we have forged many new partnerships, completing around 50 integrations. Several are currently in the final agreement and setup phase, and we promise the upcoming announcements will generate significant excitement. These new collaborations represent our main achievement for 2025, and we value most the trust our partners have placed in us.
Our sincere thanks go out to all connected providers, aggregators and affiliates, and to every manager whose contribution ensures our seamless teamwork. Thank you for believing in us and enriching the Megaverse.
The coming year will certainly bring surprises, and perhaps even new award nominations, who knows. We are already finalizing our release schedule and event participation plans.
2026 will have a packed roadmap with new engaging slots, seriously thrilling crash releases, our first official Megaways launch and several reskins. The extended portfolio strategically designed to keep our partners ahead of the curve. Join us in the Megaverse to win bigger!
