REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of commercial experience as a Game Mathematician or in a similar role within the online gambling industry;
• University degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field;
• Strong understanding of various slot mechanics and game design principles;
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve even minor errors in mathematical models;
• Proven ability to solve abstract and highly complex mathematical problems;
• Data-driven and analytical approach to decision-making;
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborative environments;
• B2+ English level.

• Experience in game development, close collaboration with game development teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and refine engaging slot math models and mechanics in collaboration with Product Team; 
• Develop server-side implementations for testing and game integration;
• Run simulations to validate math models and benchmark against portfolio targets;
• Conduct competitive analysis to extract valuable insights;
• Assess risk and calculate win probabilities for player investigations;
• Rapidly prototype mechanics to test and validate ideas;
• Participate in the full game development lifecycle;
• Collaborate with developers, providing clear math specifications.
